Construction Site Hoardings

Don’t be fooled by a fancy presentation of what appears to be a cheap traditional hoarding, there are many hidden costs, especially if the project is going to be a significant duration. Not only does traditional hoarding end up in the skip, plywood and other timber boards delaminate and look shoddy in no time. Whereas our patented uPVC Plasloc boards are 100% weather resistant, they will never rot or fall apart. If in the unlikely event that a board gets damaged, then it is a quick and cheap solution to replace that one board.

The main advantage is all our hoarding is freestanding, this means there is no impact to either land or buildings, no costly clean-up or making good at the end of the project. We simply return to site and deconfigure our hired equipment and take it away.

Our modular system means your hoarding can be designed to meet your exact requirements, but should it need to be moved or added too or reduced down, again not a problem. Simply give us a call and one of our experienced professional operatives will drop by and ensure all your requirements are being met.

Construction Hoardings with prices you can trust

At Plasloc we believe in full transparency, whether that is with cost or quantity of equipment. We only ever charge for what is actually fitted. We appreciate that time is of the essence and when it comes requesting quotes it is far easier to ask for 20m, but you actually require 21m or 19m. Don’t worry we always carry an extra 10% just in case a little more is needed but equally if you don’t need everything you have requested, it is not a problem. You will only be charged for what is fitted and ongoing hire will reflect the quantity of equipment on site and nothing more.

As a hire company we do issue invoices, which we appreciate can be problematic when you are operating under an application for payment methodology. However, we issue detailed project trackers that provide everything you need to be able to issue payment certificates. Or just issue us a standard purchase order, which simplifies the paperwork and makes what is a smooth process even easier.

Learn the cost of your hoarding today!

The Plasloc Hoarding Systems are perfect for all screening solutions whether it is a construction hoarding or for advertising displays. Our full-service hire package includes configuration for your exact requirements, any surplus is simply taken away at no additional cost to you. We only charge hire on what you use and only for the duration you need it whether that is 1 day or a few years, there is no expensive minimum hire charge period! When you no longer require the hoarding, give us a call and our expert experienced operatives will return to site and deconfigure the hired equipment and take it away.

Even our invoicing process is straightforward with no hidden surprises. We invoice upon completion of configuring the hoarding on-site for you, your hire is then invoiced monthly in arrears and a final invoice at the end of the project once we have returned to site and deconfigure and removed the hoarding from site.

While we are a Hire company and not a subcontractor, we appreciate several our clients operate under an JCT subcontract agreement. At Plasloc we try to accommodate by producing a project tracker/statement which gives a full breakdown of the hired equipment and duration to allow measured valuations to be carried out. While we don’t submit applications for payment, our project trackers and supporting tax invoices can be utilised as a payee notice. However, we always recommend that Purchase Orders are issued under a simple hire agreement rather than over-complicating with JCT contracts.

So please get in touch today for your no-obligation quote, either give us a call or drop us an email. You can always use our online quotation system which has been designed to let you input as much detail about your requirements as possible, which will allow us to give you a full-service quote. All you will need to do is calculated how long you might need to hire the equipment for, if it is going to be a long-term project why not request a Sales quote, we can still configure the equipment for you, but it is then yours forever. You can then use the equipment again on another site or give us a call and we can, subject to survey, buy back the equipment to either recycle or recondition for reuse.

Once you’re happy with the project details that you’ve provided, simply fill in your details and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, if you’d like to discuss your project with one of our friendly and knowledgeable team, call 01626 356 995 today.
